Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Brantford Public Library. 
Library membership is free for all residents of Brantford, Brant County, Six Nations and Cambridge (Cambridge residents must visit the Library to join). 

By completing this form, you are applying for a digital membership that will allow you to access our entire digital collection for one year. Digital memberships can be renewed.

Applicants under the age of 16 require consent from a parent/guardian.

Please complete your answers in "ALL CAPS".

Once you submit the form, our staff will process your request and send you a confirmation email within a few days. 

To join as a full Library member, please visit the Main Branch or St. Paul Branch during operating hours. A permament membership lasts for two years and allows you to take advantage of other Library services, including borrowing physical books, STEM items and DVDs. 

Note - A planned service upgrade might limit the availability of some online services until Monday, February 27.
