Room Rental Request

Thank you for your interest in renting a room at the Brantford Public Library. 

All rooms are located at our Main Branch.

As per the Brantford Public Library Meeting Rooms Policy, the Community Room, Program Room, Computer Lab and 3rd Floor Meeting Room may be used for free, if available, by Not-For-Profit groups and organizations for non-commercial purposes relating to informational, cultural, civic, recreational or charitable activities.

Once your submit your form, a representative from the Library will contact you to confirm set up and payment details within five business days. 

The Library reserves the right to determine whether the intended use is appropriate for the facility. 

A 20% fee applies to rentals cancelled within seven days of the reservation.
